An Expert Property Management Company for More Than 30 Years

The McPherson Companies was the outgrowth of several successful real estate-related business ventures, real estate brokerage, real estate management, and real estate consulting. Given the overlapping business models, I decided to establish a single point of contact for real estate resources that were being managed.

While the real estate brokerage, property management company, and consulting arm are separate companies, it seemed appropriate to establish this single point of contact as the managing broker, owner of the property management company, and principal for the consulting arm. The establishment of The McPherson Companies makes it easier to share data, manage resources, and take advantage of the synergy that exists.
