The McPherson Companies was founded over 20 years ago by a property manager and entrepreneur who was working for a full-service real estate company that served Washington, DC.

Maintenance

The McPherson Companies only works with licensed and insured contractors with whom we have built relations. This affords quality work at affordable prices. Our maintenance calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our Maintenance Coordination Team. We handle all office hour emergencies such as electrical, fire, heat, air-conditioning, heavy structural damage, plumbing, and theft.

Tenant Screening

Our extensive background screening assists us in selecting quality tenants. We are committed to providing excellent tenant services with a 24-hour live repair call line, an online tenant portal, and 5-star maintenance. Our goal is to identify good tenants, have them pay on time, and renew year after year. The “M” is for management.

Rent Collection

The McPherson Companies had rent collections down to a science with a better than 95% on-time rent collection. This success is due to our efficacy, communications with tenants, and strict guidelines.
